Clients receive rights to use final deliverables after full payment. Syn Studio retains ownership of preliminary concepts and working files, and may display completed work in portfolios and case studies.
PAYMENTS
Payments are due as agreed. Work may pause if payments are late.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, assets, and timely feedback.
FULFILLMENT & REFUNDS
Digital products and services are delivered electronically upon payment or when work begins. Due to the nature of this work, all sales are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
